Quilt Mercantile--Thank you for your support
Hunt county will begin a new mandate tomorrow night(Tuesday March 24th) at midnight that restricts our ability to operate our business. We are investigating if we will be able to send out online orders after tomorrow. Click here to see the newest kits made for the Dallas Quilt Celebration. Click here to see the newest notions we were showing as demos for the quilt show. We have many more new fabrics that we plan to add to the website. Currently, we are posting on Quilt Mercantile Facebook page and can send direct pictures if you have questions about specific fabrics/products. At this point, we advise that you let us know asap if you need any items shipped out to you tomorrow. We can take your credit card information over the phone or we can send you a bill through paypal for any of your orders. If you have any projects you are working on that you might need fabric, notions, sewing machine supplies, etc --- our store will be open tomorrow from 9-5 with "social distancing" in place. We are also happy to give curbside service if you have products you would like to order and pick up. We have hand sanitizer in several locations. We are disinfecting the store each evening. As has been stated by everyone, please do not come to shop if you are feeling unhealthy.
We will be open tomorrow for machine drop-off if you have any needed machine servicing. We are making arrangements to service machines in compliance with the county mandate. Please plan on us having your machine until April 3rd at a minimum (which is when the mandate expires).
We appreciate all the Facebook messages, emails, phone calls, etc. from our wonderful quilting family. We are using this time to work on new samples, add new displays in our store, and do our best to keep our business in order. This is an extremely hard time for so many and as a small business we promise to do our best to open our doors as quickly as the county mandate allows. Public safety is very very important.
We appreciate your continued support. Please reach out to us by email with any questions/concerns.
