Quilt Mercantile and Quiltagious Quarters Fall Information

Quilt Mercantile & retreat center information

As summer comes to an end (at least for school kids)--we hope you are able to stay cool indoors sewing up some of your UFO projects.  See below for our two open retreats that will give you the opportunity to escape from everyday tasks that slow down your ability to shorten the lists of kits waiting to be finished!  If you would like to be added to our "extras" list for any retreat group that is a couple short of the minimum required---please send us a note in reply to this newsletter.  (There are several times throughout the year that we need a quilter or two.)

Mark your calendar--We are CLOSED the Saturday of Labor Day weekend--Sept. 5th.  We close the Saturday of International Quilt Festival--October 24th.  We will close during Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.  Make sure to check our Facebook page for information like this.  Our goal is to stay active on Facebook for both the quilt store and the retreat center.  We would love for you to post pictures of your visit to our facilities.  We will post pictures of new fabrics, notions, and more as they arrive.  Use this link to add to our Quilt Mercantile facebook.
At the bottom of this newsletter is the facebook link to the retreat center website.  Please post a picture from your retreat with us!  We appreciate all of you that have come in 2015.  Make sure to reserve your retreat date in 2016 asap.  We are booking now.

Congratulations to our caterer Laura Brooks--She is having a GIRL this December.  This happy news brings a job opportunity for someone out there reading this newsletter.  We are currently interviewing candidates for the position to be the caterer for Quiltagious Quarters!  If you or someone you know are interested--please respond to this newsletter and we will be happy to talk to you about this wonderful opportunity to cook for the best people in the world---Quilters!
